If your port request is rejected for any reason, you will have to reach out to your current service provider or the carrier and resolve the rejection.

Port requests are typically rejected when there is an information mismatch, a number block, or if there are additional services attached to the number being ported. Every rejection comes with a reason behind it which makes it easy for you to address this with your current carrier/service provider.
