Overview

Spoke Phone comes with default on-hold music that you easily can swap out. Unfortunately, you can't just upload any old song as most of them have copyright issues, and secondly, phone lines typically make good music sound bad.

Fortunately, there are companies online that sell high-quality on-hold music specifically designed to sound great on phone lines. Simply searching Google for "download high-quality on-hold phone music" will give you lots of options. 

Changing music
  1. Go to your Spoke Phone account portal online.
  2. Go to settings > audio library.
  3. Expand audio library selections.
  4. Under on-hold music upload the new audio file.
Supported audio file types

Uploaded files must be of .WAV type (extension), and LESS than 10mb.

Selecting the new file

Once you have uploaded a new audio file to the audio library, you need to select it for use. Remember, your library is simply all your audio assets, you need to choose which assets get played.

  1. Go to your Spoke Phone account portal online.
  2. Go to settings > audio library.
  3. Select audio library selections.
  4. Select the new audio file you uploaded to be used for on-hold music.
  5. Click off the field so it is no longer red.
  6. Your on-hold music has been changed.
