Overview

Spoke Phone comes with a default AI robot called Nina, who acts as your auto-attendant by greeting customers and helping get them to the right employees. Nina speaks many languages and is fully automated, however, most companies replace Nina with their own recordings.

If you want to be really professional, you can get professional recordings, music, and message created, and upload them into Spoke Phone. Fortunately, there are companies online that specialize in creating high-quality on-hold music specifically designed to sound great on phone lines. Simply searching Google for "record custom phone greetings" will give you lots of options.

We have included some voice over services providers below to get you started in your search. Spoke Phone does not receive any financial kickbacks with any of the providers listed.

Fiverr

A good, cost-effective resource a lot of our customers have used, is Fiverr. Fiverr is an online freelance community of professionals who provide all kinds of digital services. We recommend you go to Fiverr and search for "voice over".
