To edit a user's profile information such as email, last name, and Spoke Phone permission/level of access (for example, from a user to an administrator), follow the instructions below.
- Login to your Account Portal online.
- Navigate to the Users page.
- Find the user you want and click on the Edit (pencil) icon (to the far right).
- Edit user's information including name, email, title, access rights, etc.
You are unable to edit a user's mobile phone number. They must do this
themselves in the Spoke Phone app, and be able to verify their new
mobile phone number.
