How to manage your payment and subscription options

Overview

Spoke Phone allows you to view upcoming charges, download invoices, and manage your payment and subscription options from the Spoke Phone account portal.

This article will provide an overview of the functions available within the Subscription page of the account portal. It contains the following sections:

View current plan information

How to view details of your company's current subscription plan:

  1. Login to your account portal online.
  2. Use the menu bar on the left side to navigate to OtherSubscription > Current Plans

The Current Plans tab provides information about your subscription plan, including subscription start and renewal dates, and quantity and type of user licenses held. 

To make any changes to your subscription plan, submit a support ticket. 

Update company information as it appears on your invoices

Follow the steps below to change how your company name and address are displayed on invoices and receipts from Spoke Phone, and to specify your billing email address (where we send invoices and receipts).

  1. Login to your account portal online.
  2. Use the menu bar on the left side to navigate to OtherSubscription.
  3. Navigate to the Company Information tab.
  4. View and edit your company name and address fields.
  5. Update the Invoice Email Address field if you wish account-related emails to be sent to a different address.

View and manage payment details

Follow the steps below to view and manage your payment (credit card) details:

  1. Login to your account portal online.
  2. Use the menu bar on the left side to navigate to OtherSubscription.
  3. Navigate to the Payment Details tab.
  4. Select Manage Card to make changes.

View, pay, or download historic invoices

Follow the steps below to view and manage historic invoices for your subscription, call costs, and any other charges:

  1. Login to your account portal online.
  2. Use the menu bar on the left side to navigate to OtherSubscription.
  3. Navigate to the Invoice History tab to view all invoices in a table format.
  4. Click on the Pay now link to view details of any unpaid invoices, and make payment.
  5. Use the Download invoice link to download copies of paid invoices.

Track call charges for the current period

Spoke Phone allows you to track your total call charges for the current period. Follow the steps below to view a detailed breakdown of all un-invoiced call charges on your account for the current billing period.

  1. Login to your account portal online.
  2. Use the menu bar on the left side to navigate to OtherSubscription.
  3. Navigate to the Current Call Charges tab.

Your credit card will be automatically charged for these call charges at the end of the period.
