Introduction

Spoke Phone is a complete business phone system (UC/PBX) built on Twilio, and fully integrated into Twilio Flex.  

Spoke Phone replaces existing back-office PBX systems with a modern solution on Twilio, that seamlessly connects the font-office employees (on Flex) to the back-office employees (on Spoke).

Spoke Phone is deployed into a customer's existing Twilio account (or Flex project) so that both systems (Flex and Spoke) share the same resources, security, numbers, etc.
