I have set up a desk phone and it is not showing as 'Available' on the app and not ringing.
This can be down to two things:
- The actual set-up was done improperly.
- The device has not been assigned to a user.
- That there were no issues during the set-up phase, check that this deskphone/softphone has been assigned to a user.
- If it hasn't been assigned to a user, do so, and then run a test call.
- If this doesn't work, re-do the setup and assign it to a user then test again.
