Why am I receiving a two invoices/charges from Spoke Phone per month?

Question: 

Can you please tell me why we have received INVOICE #XXXXX-XXXX? It is dated a few days after our monthly subscription. Why are we being invoiced twice? 

Answer: 

There are two invoices for most Spoke Phone users:

  1. One is for your call charges (if applicable)
  2. The other is for your subscription/user licencing charges.
