Overview: Unsuccessful Spoke Phone Payment

Question: 

What happens when a Spoke Phone payment is unsuccessful?

Answer:

The system will attempt to make the payment four (4) times more times over a period of seven (7) days and an email will be sent to the account admin should any of those succeeding attempts fail. If the payments continue to fail your account maybe temporary suspended.
