Question:

I don't want the IVR recording to play so how do I turn it off?

Answer: 

There is no direct way to turn off the IVR voice menu. However, this can be disabled by deleting the IVR key set or removing the number assigned for each call group in the portal. 

 

For example:

  • By leaving the 'Enter an IVR Key to add this call group to the auto-attendant' blank, you will remove the IVR functionality
  • You'll need to do this for each group in order to completely remove the IVR menu.
