Out of Hours Calls/Emails Do Not Generate Email

Question:

We had two after-hours calls to our reception since Friday but I didn’t see any emails come through to the sales email – why would this be the case?

 

Platform:

  • Spoke Phone web portal
  • Spoke Phone app

 

Answer: 

Emails are only sent to nominated email addresses when a caller leaves a voice message. If there is a missed call on the app but no voice message was left then no emails will be sent.
