This article outlines the steps on how to assign a custom greeting to a call group. Please note that only system admins can log in to the portal to complete this process. 



  1. Click Call Groups on the sidebar menu 
  2. Click Manage Call Groups
  3. Click the pencil icon of the call group you want to assign a custom greeting to
  4. The Edit Group page will load
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the Message that plays to callers who call this group directly via Group's DDI headingScreen_Shot_2022-07-12_at_9.30.59_AM.png
  6. Click the import icon
