This article outlines the steps on how to assign a custom greeting to a call group. Please note that only system admins can log in to the portal to complete this process.
- Click Call Groups on the sidebar menu
- Click Manage Call Groups
- Click the pencil icon of the call group you want to assign a custom greeting to
- The Edit Group page will load
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the Message that plays to callers who call this group directly via Group's DDI heading
- Click the import icon
- Choose whether to record a greeting or import an audio file.
