Overview
Access to Spoke Phone's Bi, Analytics and Reporting platform is turned off for every user by default, and must be assigned to specific Users. The Bi, Analytics and Reporting platform can be assigned to both Spoke Administrator Users ("Administrators") and normal Users ("Members").
The Bi, Analytics and Reporting platform is accessed via the Spoke Phone Account Portal, which companies typically restrict to Administrators who manage the Spoke Phone platform.
When Bi, Analytics and Reporting access is given to non-Spoke Phone Administrators, they log into the Spoke Phone Account Portal but are only able to see/access the Bi, Analytics and Reporting platform.

Adding Bi, Analytics and Reporting access rights
- Login to the Spoke Phone Account Portal
- Go to Users->Manage Users and find/Edit the user you want to give access
- Set the Reporting & analytics rights field to either View or Create
Important: Ensure User rights are set to Member, if this user is
not a Spoke Phone Administrator.
How Users access/see the Bi, Analytics and Reports
- Login to the Spoke Phone Account Portal
- Based on your User Rights, you will either be taken to the Bi, Analytics and Reporting platform, or logged into the Spoke Phone Account Portal where you access the Bi, Analytics and Reports under the left hand menu.
Removing Bi, Analytics and Reporting access rights
- Once you have assigned Bi, Analytics and Reporting access rights to a user you are unable to turn them off. This limitation will be resolved in the near future. Contact your Spoke Phone Account Executive for assistance.
