Overview
In order to use Zapier, you need to give Zapier access your Spoke Phone account. You do this by creating Developer Credentials on Spoke Phone and providing those credentials to Zapier.
Prerequisites
- A Spoke Phone Account
- Administrator Access/Role on Spoke Phone
- A Zapier Account with Administrator Access
Creating and entering Access Credentials on Zapier
- Create a new Developer API key in Spoke Phone
- From the new Developer API Key in Spoke Phone, copy the
OAuth 2.0 Client ID
using the copy button on the far right - Paste the
OAuth 2.0 Client ID
into theClient ID
field n the Zapier Access Screen (see below) - From the new Developer API Key in Spoke Phone, copy the
OAuth 2.0 Client Secret
using the copy button on the far right - Paste the
OAuth 2.0 Client Secret
into theClient Secret
field n the Zapier Access Screen (see below) - Save the new Developer API Key in Spoke Phone
- Back on Zapier, press Yes, Continue to Spoke Phone
The Zapier screen should now close and move onto the next step.
Errors: If you get any errors from Zapier it will because you either:
a) copied/pasted the wrong items into the wrong fields on the Zapier screen;
b) deleted/edited the data; or,
c) did not do step 6 above, before step 7.
