Question:

I don't want a menu or voicemail so how do I get rid of the IVR?

Platform: 

  • Account Portal

Steps: 

  1. Click Manage Call Groups
  2. On the Call Groups page, click the pencil icon to edit. 
  3. Delete IVR key in the IVR key field 
  4. Click Save Changes
  5. Repeat for every remaining call group. 

Additional information: 

  • You must delete each IVR key otherwise the IVR menu will continue playing. 
  • If you have a custom recording, make sure this is edited to suit your set-up.
