I don't want a menu or voicemail so how do I get rid of the IVR?
- Account Portal
- Click Manage Call Groups
- On the Call Groups page, click the pencil icon to edit.
- Delete IVR key in the IVR key field
- Click Save Changes
- Repeat for every remaining call group.
- You must delete each IVR key otherwise the IVR menu will continue playing.
- If you have a custom recording, make sure this is edited to suit your set-up.
