Problem
You want to increase or decrease the number of concurrent calls a user can manage at any one time in their CallHub. You do this by adjusting the number of Call Slots available to that user.
A Call Slot is as it sounds, a placeholder for a call. If a user has 20 Call Slots, they can have 20 active calls at one time, and easily manage them in their CallHub.
Managing Call Slots for a Single User
You can increase/decrease Call Slots for a single user.
- Log into the Spoke Phone Account Portal as an Administrator
- Go to Users->Manager Users and edit the user
- Go to the Licenses & Access tab
- Find the drop down CallHub Licenses and select the license type [number of Call Slots] you wish this user to have.
Managing Call Slots for All Users
You are able to increase Call Slots for all users in the organization at one go, by adjusting the default number of Call Slots per user.
- Log into the Spoke Phone Account Portal as an Administrator
- Go to Other->Advanced Other and change the default number in the drop down
- When you change this value you may be promoted to approve the cost [if any] of your change. If you change the default here, it will apply to all users and you will be charged for upgrading all users.
Note: By default, the values available in your default Call Slot dropdown is a maximum of two. To have this default value increased, talk to your Spoke Phone Account Manager who can increase this default level setting for you.
