Quick Activation Steps
Your account is ready to go, activation takes just minutes:
1. Access Your Admin Portal
Log in to your Spoke Account Portal using your administrator credentials.
2. Add Enlighten Basic Licenses
- Navigate to "Users" --> "Manage Users" in the left sidebar
- Find any user that you want to activate and click the pencil icon to "Edit"
- Navigate to "License & Access"
- Under the "Enlighten" section, simply add an "Enlighten Basic User License"
3. Users Get Started Immediately
Once assigned, users will:
- See Enlighten features activated in their Spoke Phone app
- Start getting automated call summaries within 30 seconds of their first call
4. Optionally, change Enlighten settings
