To activate Enlighten Basic, you need to check your account supports it

How to check:

  1. Log in to your Spoke Account Portal with an administrator account
  2. Navigate to "Other" --> "Advanced" --> "Enlighten"
  3. Look for a blue banner at the top of the page:

Q: Can I try it with just one user first?
A: Absolutely! Add it to one user, evaluate the results, then expand to your whole team.

Q: What if I don't like it?
A: Remove the license anytime. No contracts, no commitments.

Q: I'm on legacy pricing, will my current pricing change?
A: No. Legacy customers receive a permanent Grandfather Credit that locks in their current pricing. The only increase is the optional license for Enlighten Basic.

Q: Does it work with my CRM?
A: Yes. We have native integrations for Salesforce, HubSpot, and others, plus webhook/API access for custom integrations.

Q: How accurate is the transcription?
A: Up to 90%+ accuracy for English. Other languages may work but are not officially supported yet.
