How to search, filter and download calls from the account portal call history

Overview

Call history in the Spoke Phone account portal (accessible by system administrators), lists all calls across your account. 

This article shows you how to use the account portal call history to access specific call information and recordings, or filter and download calls to a CSV file.  It contains the following sections:

 

How to access the complete call history for your account

Note: Account portal call history can only be accessed by users with an 
administrator login.
  1. Login to the Spoke Phone account portal.
  2. Click on Call history in the navigation bar on the LH side.

This screen contains all calls ever made or received across your Spoke Phone company account. The time and date of the calls are generated in your local time (based on your IP address/browser timezone).

How to access call details and recordings for a specific call

  1. Use the search box to filter calls by phone number and/or users.
  2. Click on the orange date values to filter by date range, or select a specific day.
  3. To access the call details for a specific call, click on the grey icon on the LH side
  4. From this screen, you can view a timeline of call events, see call details, and download or listen to any call recordings. 
Hint: The call details screen is a great place to check if you are trying to 
troubleshoot reported issues with a specific call!

How to filter calls and download them to a CSV file

  1. Use the search box to filter the calls by phone number, and/or users.
  2. Click on the orange date values to filter by date range, or select a specific day.
  3. Go to the bottom of the table and change the number of rows from 200 (default) to 2000.
  4. Click the orange download button.
  5. If your search has resulted in more than 2000 calls, click 'next' and download any other pages generated by your search.
