Administrator Portal: BYO Twilio (BYOT) Tab

Overview

The BYO Twilio tab in the administrator portal gives Administrators a quick look into their Twilio account details and access to configurations. 

Steps to Access BYO TWILIO Tab 

1. Click Other on the sidebar menu
2. Click Advanced 
3. Click BYO TWILIO tab

Twilio Account Details

• Account SID - This is the Account SID linked to your Spoke Phone account.
• Voice Configured - This is enabled by default to indicate that existing numbers in the Twilio account can be used with Spoke Phone. 
• Conversations Configured - This toggle is how Spoke Phone configures your messaging service. For Twilio accounts that already have set conversations configurations, please contact Support@spokephone.com for advice before enabling.
