Spoke Phone is a VoIP (voice of internet protocol) solution which means calls are sent over data instead of traditional cellular signals or wires.
When your app is set to HD Voice, your calls will be made as VoIP calls, using your data or WiFi network. HD Voice is the default, recommended calling mode for the Spoke Phone app.
This article provides instructions on how to turn your app to HD Voice mode.
How to turn on HD Voice mode:
- Go to the Spoke Phone app.
- Tap the user icon in the bottom menu bar.
- Set the Call quality toggle to HD VOICE.
