Enabling Spoke Directory Sync

Contact your Spoke Phone Account Manager or Spoke Phone Partner to have Directory Sync enabled for your organization.

Prerequisites

  • Single Sign On has been enabled and configured in Spoke
  • Directory Sync is enabled (contact Spoke support or your Partner)
  • A Supported Directory Provider and admin account for which you have access to the username and password
