How to edit a user's profile

To edit a user's profile information such as email, last name, and Spoke Phone permission/level of access (for example, from a user to an administrator), follow the instructions below.

  1. Login to your Account Portal online.
  2. Navigate to the Users page.
  3. Find the user you want and click on the Edit (pencil) icon (to the far right).
  4. Edit user's information including name, email, title, access rights, Caller IDs (ANIs) etc.
You are unable to edit a user's mobile phone number. They must do this
themselves in the Spoke Phone app, and be able to verify their new
mobile phone number.

Only users with Administrator rights are able to access the account portal.

How to delete a user

  1. Login to your Account Portal online.
  2. Navigate to Users > Manage users
  3. In the Users table, search for the user you wish to delete.
  4. Click the trash icon next to the user.
  5. A pop-up window will open, asking you to confirm. 
  6. Click "Delete".
NOTE: Deleting a user from the Spoke Phone portal wipes out all information
associated with the user's profile. This action cannot be undone.

Their call history will still be available for you to view in the account portal
call history. However, you will not be able to search calls by the deleted
user's name.
