Send personal voicemail to email
When someone leaves you a voicemail it is transcribed so you can read and/or listen to the message in the Spoke Phone app. You can also have the voicemail emailed to you so you can read and listen to the voicemail from your email.
You can choose to send personal voicemails to your email, as well as voicemails left for any team that you belong to. Remember that team voicemail is sent to everyone in the group, not just to you.
Follow the instructions below to configure your voicemail to email settings:
- Open the Spoke Phone app.
- Tap the person icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap settings.
- Tap my voicemail.
- Under Voicemail transcriptions, you will see two options:
-
- Email me when I get a voicemail.
- Email me when a team I belong to gets a voicemail.
-
- You can toggle either option on, or you can toggle them both on.
