Prerequisites
- You have a Twilio Flex instance
- You have deployed Spoke Speedy's Operator Console for Twilio Flex
- You have:
- configured one or more Flex Agents with Console Manager Rights, or;
- You plan on using a central diary, scheduling or other app to automatically add/manage bulletins
How to Manually Add Operator Bulletins
- Ensure your Flex Worker has been given the Speedy Console Manager Rights
- When not on a Flex call, tap the Spoke Speedy Directory Icon in the left hand Twilio Flex menu to open Speedy
- Search for a user, call group, or trunk object
- Tap on the Add Bulletin link
- Add the bulletin
How to Manually Edit or Delete Operator Bulletins
- When not on a Flex call, tap the Spoke Speedy Directory Icon in the left hand Twilio Flex menu to open Speedy
- Search for a user, call group, or trunk object that has the bulletin you want to edit/delete
- Edit or delete it
